You must ship the product(s) back to Eco-stores.com in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You willbe shortly provided with an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Please include a detailed description of the reason for the return with the merchandise. This will speed up the repair and return of your RMA. Any unauthorized RMA or returned produt(s) without a RMA will not be accepted and will be returned/ refused to the sender at his/ her expense.
