Warranty:
We will not be able to offer any warranty to our international customers(outside
of The lower 48 U.S. and Canada). Please accept our product "As
Is". We will put our utmost care to test and package your shipment
to ensure that it will meet your satisfaction.
Shipping Issues:
Yes, we can ship overseas. We need to know the city, postal code, and
the country. We also need to know which laptop you are interested in
so we can determine the shipping, insurance and customs charges. We
use Federal Express or DHL for all of our international shipments. When
we ship the unit, we can provide the tracking number so you can check
the status of the shipment or trace the package.

Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, however most international
credit cards cannot be verified online, in that instance use one of
the following methods:
PayPal
The first option is to use PayPal. You need to have a PayPal account
in order for you to use this option. Please go to PayPal - Registration
to create your account with them. Please contact us first via email
at Eco-Stores to place an order and get a total amount including shipping
and handling cost. We will email you our PayPal information.
BidPay
A Second option is to use BidPay. Please go to BidPay - Registration
to create your account with them. Please contact us first via email
at Eco-Stores to place an order and get a total amount including shipping
and handling cost. We will email you the total amount and Bidpay takes
care of the rest. (BidPay has a max limit of $700.00 currently)
Wire transfer:
The third option is to make a payment through a wire transfer to deposit
the fund directly to our bank account. Please contact us first via email
at Eco-Stores to place an order and get a total amount including shipping
and handling cost in US FUNDS. We will then supply our bank's wire transfer
information by email.
Money order/cheque:
A fourth option is to make a payment by money order or certified check
in US FUNDS ONLY. Please contact us first via email at Eco-Stores to
place an order and get a total amount including shipping and handling
cost. We will ship your purchase upon receipt of the funds.You can call
