Merchandise return for warranty service or repair:
To request warranty work, you must contact Eco-Stores with in the designated
warranty period (14- days). If warranty work is required, Eco-Stores
will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
You must ship the product(s) back to Eco-Stores in their original or
equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment
or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. The RMA number
must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Please include a
detailed description of the reason for the return with the merchandise.
This will speed up the repair and return of your RMA. Any unauthorized
RMA or returned product without a RMA will not be accepted and will
be returned/refused to the sender at his/her expense
.
Eco-Stores will ship the repaired or replaced (if necessary) product(s)
to you freight prepaid. However, only to an address in the U.S. lower
48 and Canada. Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect.
NOTE: Before you ship the product(s) to Eco-Stores, back up the data
on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s).
Data loss is not covered under warranty. Remove any removable media,
such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards.

causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical
power, servicing not authorized by Eco-Stores, usage not in accordance
with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance,
and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Eco-Stores.
Merchandise return for credit:
Eco-Stores offers a 14-Day DOA Guarantee. All returns must have prior
approval and a return merchandise number assigned (RMA#). Returns must
be shipped in the original carton with original packing materials or
equivalent packaging material. Contact Eco-Stores for further instructions
within 14 days of invoice date. Items sent freight collect will not
be accepted and no credit will be given. Freight charges are non-refundable,
and prepaid freight for returns is required. Please note that a restocking
charge may also apply if merchandise is returned without prior approval
or the customer refuses shipment or is unavailable for delivery. All
internet orders are processed on a SECURE SERVER for your protection.
