We use UPS and Federal Express as our couriers for domestic shipment (Purolator in Canada) and Federal Express and DHL for international shipments. The following are your shipping options:

Please allow 5 to 8 working days for delivery in the U.S.
UPS Blue 2 Day
Please allow 2 to 4 working days for delivery in the U.S.
UPS Blue 3 Day
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery in the U.S.
UPS Red 1 Day
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for delivery in the U.S.

FedEx:
Priority One
Please allow 1 to 2 working days for morning delivery in the U.S.
Priority One Saturday
Please allow 1 to 2 days for delivery in the U.S.
Over Night
Please allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery in the U.S.
2 Day Economy
Please allow 2 to 4 working days for delivery in the U.S.
3 Day Express Saver
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery in the U.S.
International Economy
International delivery only, 3-5 business days
International Priority
International delivery only, 1-2 business days

Tracking your order:

If you would like to find out the shipping status of your order, you need to have your order's tracking number. We usually email this information to you, but if you did not get it, you can get it by emailing us at TRACKING to get your tracking number. Please give us detailed information about your order: when it was placed, your name and address, and the product you ordered.
