Warranty
Everything we sell is used or refurbished. Nothing we sell is represented as new. No manufacturer warranties apply unless specifically stated. Most peripherals do not include drivers. You may or may not be able to find them on the Internet. Eco-Stores will attempt to make drivers, manuals, etc available for download but will not mail or ship copies.
The warranty period for computer systems and products purchased from Eco-Stores is as follows:
14 day DOA warranty applies to every system sold.

The limited warranty is as follows:

Eco-Stores warrants that Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the customer as shown on the original Eco-Stores sales invoice. The warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser from Eco-Stores. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product from you.
This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Eco-Stores, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts or components not supplied by Eco-Stores.

This warranty does not cover any items that are in one or more of the following categories: software; external devices (except as specifically noted); accessories or parts added to Product after the Product is purchased from Eco-Stores; accessories or parts added to Product that are not installed by Eco-Stores. Keyboards and mice are included and covered under this warranty.

Eco-Stores will repair or replace products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to Eco-Stores facility. To request warranty service, you must call Eco-Stores Customer Technical Support within the warranty period. If warranty service is required, Eco-Stores will issue a Return Material Authorization Number. You must ship the Products back to Eco-Stores in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during the shipment. You must include a copy of the original sales invoice. Eco-Stores will ship the repaired or replacement products to you (freight prepaid) if you use an address in the continental U.S. or Canada, where applicable. Shipments to other locations will be made freight collect

NOTE: Before you return any product to Eco-Stores, back up the data on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards. Eco-Stores does not accept liability for lost data or software.
Eco-Stores owns all parts removed from repaired Products. Eco-Stores uses new and reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement Products. If Eco-Stores repairs or replaces Product, its warranty term is not extended.

ECO-STORES MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS BEYOND THOSE STATED IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). ECO-STORES RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTIONS) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ECO-STORES DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST DATA OR SOFTWARE.
SOME STATES (OR JURISDICTIONS) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

These provisions apply to Eco-Stores limited warranty only. For provisions of any service contract covering your system, refer to the separate service contract that you will receive.
If Eco-Stores elects to exchange a Product or portion of a Product, the exchange will be made in accordance with Eco-Stores Exchange Policy in effect on the date of the exchange.

These terms and conditions do not apply to the Wholesale Exchange sales.
